Playing lottery in a syndicate pays. This was discovered by four workers at CNN Communications as they won a £1.5M lottery prize. The syndicate of four engineers from Portsmouth, Lewis Fox, Tom Fox, Sid Veness, and Mark Bush, just started playing together at the beginning of the year. They are the second syndicate from the Portsmouth area to win in the lottery in just a few weeks.
Lewis Fox's choice of the number 22 helped the group clinched the lottery prize. Lewis chose the number because it was his mother's birthday and her late grandmother's lucky number.
Tom Fox watched the draw on television and checked several times before calling the other members of the syndicate. Lewis plans to pay for the house that he just bought while Bush looks forward to a grand vacation.
