Andre Raven, former U.S. Capitol Police Officer won $250,000 on Mega Millions last January 18.
Raven won the second tier prize wherein he matched the five main numbers but not the Mega Ball
The winning numbers were 8,18,25,42,49 and Mega Ball 19.
