Joe and Lisa Woodruff of Hubbs won $2M on Powerball Lottery last November 28.
They paid an extra $1 for Powerplay which doubled their prize to $2M.
They plan on paying of Lisa's Jeep.
“I kept saying, ‘Joe, Joe, pinch me,’” Lisa Woodruff said.
