Powerball for OSA Blog
Another USD 200 Million Powerball Jackpot on Wednesday!
Just a few weeks a lucky player from Michigan brought home
the whopping $320 million jackpot prize,
USA Powerball is drumming up excitement again.
The first prize for the Wednesday, September 26 draw is up to USD
200 Million. You can play your numbers for a stab at this massive jackpot
by ordering your Powerball
tickets online.
The most recent winner from the state of Michigan clearly
benefited from the advantage of having the Powerball changes come into play.
In January 2012, Powerball had a revamp in order to provide bigger jackpots and more
chances of bringing home large winnings.
The starting jackpot also coincided with this increase by
doubling it from $20 million to $40 million. There was also a shooting up of
jackpots as they implemented a minimum of $10 million increase with every
rollover.
The prize in Match-5 made a leap from $200,000 to $1 million
while the Powerball-only prize jumped from $3 to $4. Naturally, with these
changes, the odds of hitting it big also adjusted from the usual 1 in 195.2
million to 1 in 175.2 million.
Even if you don’t rake in the much-coveted jackpot prize,
you still get more chances of winning other prizes as the odds changed from 1
in 35 to 1 in 32.
If the price increase is your concern then you can rest easy
because evidently, with just a slight change in the ticket price, more benefits
were given to every player. You get larger jackpot payouts and better gaming
odds. Powerball has drawings every Wednesdays and Saturdays each week so you
can try your luck as much as you want.
USA Powerball is your exciting shot to becoming an instant
millionaire!
