Octogenarian won $2 Million in lottery

Leona Starman, an octogenarian from Hayward won the top prize in the "Set for Life Scratchers" game.

Starman, a sheet metal worker in a Naval Air Station said she saw the word "LIFE" on her ticket when she scratched it.

"I didn't know what that meant," she said. "But I thought it might be good, so I signed it right away."

She's planning buy a new roof for her house, put in a new lawn, no new car but have her car painted.
