Last May, Etta May Urquhart, 76 year old won $51 million on a lottery.
It was her who bought the ticket and she admitted that she let her son Ronnie Lee Orender signed on the ticket as she was unable to do when they claimed the lump sum of $32.3 million.
Though her son gave her a Lincoln SUV, $125,000 in cash and payments for miscellaneous expenses and a house to live in but she does not own it, she grew frustrated with the way that Orender spent her prize.
She is now suing her son for allegedly spending most of the money on 4 houses, 10 vehicles and cash gifts.
