Frank Karnes from West Fork has won $1 million on the "Arkansas Millionaires Club instant game ticket.
He bought his 20-dollar ticket in a Mini Mart in Greenland.
Karnes plans on using part of his prize money to pay some bills and to pay for college expenses. Two of his 5 children are about to start college.
