Two employees of a Chicago bakery are suing their co-workers who unfairly left them out of their share of the prize.
For about a year, Jose Franco and Marco Medina, were regular participants of their office pool along with their co-workers. The pool won $9 on May 1 and it was decided that they will use the winnings to buy tickets for the May 4 draw.
The $118 Million jackpot on May 4 was won by the group. But Franco and Medina were not included when the group divided the $118 Million prize.
Franco and Medina said that the group collected money to buy tickets for the May 4 draw but they were not asked to contribute.
