Big Lottery Fund Supports King's Church Charity

The UK's Big Lottery Fund has granted £246,240 for three years to the King's Church Jesus Cares scheme, a local Church which packs and distributes food parcels in South Wales.

According to the group, they will be able to prepare and ice out 54,000 hampers over the three years of the grant.

Jesus Cares will also be able to work with more organizations and over a larger geographic area in South Wales – targeting Torfaen, Newport, Swansea, Blaenau Gwent, Cardiff and Merthyr Tydfil.
