$5M Hoosier Lottery Scratch Off Won in Indiana

Ricky Wilber a Muncie, Indiana native won $5 million from a $100 Million Cash Extravaganza Scratch-off ticket. Wilber took the time to hire a lawyer and a tax advisor before claiming the prize. He opted to take the one-time lump sum cash worth $3.4 million before taxes. A carpenter, has been recently laid off, and even though he has just won a windfall, he plans to get back to work soon. With the help of his financial advisor, he plans to go slow about spending the money. He does plan to do some travelling in the near future, specifically, to Tennessee where he has relatives. Admitting that he has never seen the ocean, he plans to go there soon.
