Multiple Lottery Winner Tells Secrets to Winning In New Book

It's not common for anyone to win a lottery. It's even rarer to win more than once. Richard Lustig is an uncommon man who has won big prizes at the lottery at least seven times. The latest prize was worth $98,000 and his biggest haul was $840,000. All in all, in 23 years, he's gone to the Florida Lottery office to collect 23 times for minimum winnings of $600.

He's now out with a book telling how others can win as well. It shouldn't be surprising that one of the most important tips in the book is to set a budget and not to overspend.
