65-year-old Retiree Becomes A "Hot Lotto" Millionaire

Iowa retiree Wally Markham could not contain his joy upon finding out that his numbers won for him the  $7.54 million grand prize in Saturday's Hot Lotto drawing.
The newly minted millionaire worked for 36 years at the Deere plant in Waterloo, and often bought tickets at the Kwik Stop at 4335 Texas St.
Markham said he likely be investing some of his winnings. His winning numbers were 5-12-16-23-24 and the "Hot Ball" 8.
