A man from Abbeyville is the newest addition to the number of lotto winners in the Upstate.  This lucky fellow was just driving to his local barbershop when suddenly, he ran out of gas and ended up walking all the way into town.  While he was there, he purchased a lottery ticket at Rosenberg's Spirit.  Little did he know that his day would turn from a nightmare to an amazing dream come true!

As he scratched the ticket, it ended up being a winner and he won a total of $200,000.  The store where he bought the ticket won $2,000 for selling it.
